Craving something sweet? I know I am, I always am. I love to cook, but what I really love to do is bake. There is nothing quite so satisfying as whipping up something sweet after a long day. Baking is by far my favorite de-stressors.
My sweet tooth has been crazier than usual, so I thought what better time to post some of my top gluten-free, dairy-free desserts. After all, any excuse to bake, I will take. Enjoy!
First off is my healthy, flourless vegan black bean brownies recipe.
Seriously, this is really good, and best of all it is healthy. I adore flourless desserts because gluten-free flour is expense, so any recipe that does not call for it is an automatic favorite in my book. This is sure to satisfy your chocolate cravings!
Second up, are French Meringues.
These sugar puffs are pure delicious and really hard to resist. So light and so airy. These are me and my mom’s favorites, so we always hide them so they aren’t gone too quickly!
Last, is my 3 ingredient peanut butter cookie recipe.
With only 3 ingredients, this recipe is so simple. Best of all, they are also flourless! These are great cookies if you need to bring something sweet in bulk and are great for budget cooking.
