In love with Denver
I love Colorado. I want to move there now. I fell in love during my weekend trip. The mountains. The hiking trails. The atmosphere. All of it was so beautiful. Plus, Denver was a gluten-free paradise. I was amazed at the number of restaurants that offered gluten-free and vegan options. I felt like a kid at Christmas. It was so great to be able to eat out like a normal person and have so many options.
Beautiful Colorado
One of my favorite restaurants my best friends and I visited was City O’ City. I was amazed at how huge the menu was and how many gluten-free & vegan options there were. Plus, the staff was not only incredibly friendly but also very knowledgable about the food and how it was prepared. I cannot say enough good words about the place.

I opted for the BBQ sandwich which was naturally vegan and could be made gluten-free upon request. The tofu was absolutely delicious and so well cooked. The BBQ sauce was delicious and just perfect.
So good, I forgot to to take a picture right away. Delicious.
Needless to say, upon graduation I will definitely be looking at the Colorado area. I cannot wait to return someday very, very soon.
